Millard Realty and Construction manages over 400 residential
apartments and homes as well as numerous commerical complexes
in and around the Carson City regional area. The residential
availability changes on a regular basis. For personal
rental information you can call our office and speak to either
Dee or Monica about specific apartments or homes that may be
available. We have a full maintenance staff for repairs
and a security officer in the evenings.
Our
rental requirement is a completed rental application and your
permission to call your references to verify that you have the
ability to pay the rent and that you will fulfill your obligation
as a trustworthy tenant. We only accept pets at our stand
alone units such as homes, townhomes and condominiums.
Our rental range is generally from around $400 a month (for
our smallest one bedroom apartment) to $1200 a month (for a
new three bedroom, two bath home) with a large range of sizes
and prices in between.
We
strictly adhere to the Federal Laws and Guidelines with respect
to descrimination and try to treat each tenant as we would like
to be treated.
